Each of Woolfolk Systems, Inc's web hosting plans carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you will be given a full refund of the amount excluding set up fees.

There are no long-term contracts.

Any Webhosting Payments made in advance will be refunded if services are no longer requested.

Regarding website design and subjective opinions (artistic merit), after the initial design has been paid for, if you are not satisfied, we will continue to work till you are satisfied for a reasonable amount of time. Additional Design elements or requirements will still be billed extra.

Domain name registration fees are not refundable unless registered incorrectly by our spelling error or wrong extension.

We will try to help you sell the domain name if you request.

Set up fees are refundable for the following reasons: (1) the account order is canceled prior to activation; or (2) the domain name was not available at the registry.
